Orders are confirmed only upon successful completion of payment.
4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation Once an order is placed and processing has begun, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
- Stock unavailability
- Payment failure or verification issues
- Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Shipping & Delivery Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier operations, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, public disruptions, or third-party delays.
Anna5 is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners or force majeure events.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds All returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our dedicated Returns & Refund Policy, available on our website.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to that policy — including its eligibility criteria, timelines, and conditions.
Anna5 reserves the right to approve or decline any request based on compliance with the stated policy.
