Every Anna5 piece is inspected for precision before it leaves our hands. If the fit or feel isn't perfect, we are committed to resolving it.
Exchanges We accept exchange requests within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition and returned in all original packaging. To begin the process, please contact our concierge with your order details.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders In the rare event of a logistics error or transit damage, we will rectify it immediately. To ensure a swift resolution, we require an unboxing video at the time of your request. This allows us to verify the claim and expedite your replacement.
Refunds & Store Credits Refunds are issued in verified cases of damage or incorrect delivery. Please note that applicable payment gateway fees and logistics costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total.
