At Anna5, we treat the delivery of your acquisition with the same level of engineering as the piece itself. Every order undergoes a final quality inspection in our Navi Mumbai facility before being security-sealed for transit.

Domestic Coverage: We provide high-security shipping to all serviceable pin codes across the Republic of India.

Shipping Fees:

Orders under ₹2,999: A flat-rate shipping fee of ₹99 applies.

Orders ₹3,000 and above: Complimentary Shipping is provided as a standard.

Prepaid Only: To ensure the fastest dispatch and most secure handling, we accept Prepaid Orders only. We do not support Cash on Delivery (COD).
DELIVERY TIMELINES

Dispatch: Orders are processed and handed over to our logistics partners within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

THE UNBOXING
Every Anna5 piece arrives in our Signature Industrial Pink Case—gold-foil stamped and sealed for security. If the external security seal appears tampered with upon arrival, please do not accept the package and notify us immediately at hello@anna5.in.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our pieces are engineered to endure. Because each acquisition is a deliberate choice of high-performance materials and molecular bonding, we operate under a strict quality-first protocol.
RETURN POLICY

The Standard: Given the personal nature of jewelry and our commitment to hygiene and material integrity, we do not offer returns for "Change of Mind."

Defect or Damage: In the rare event that a piece arrives with a manufacturing defect or transit damage, we will make it right.

Notification Window: You must report any damage within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this window will not be eligible for review.
THE EXCHANGE PROCESS
To initiate a claim for a damaged or defective item:

Documentation: Email support@anna5.in with your Order ID and high-resolution images/videos of the defect.

Verification: Our technical team will review the claim within 24–48 hours.

Resolution: If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you and dispatch a brand-new replacement piece once the original has been received and inspected.
NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS

Items showing signs of wear, intentional misuse, or exposure to harsh chemicals.

Requests made outside the 48-hour notification window.
