TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing www.anna5.in (The "Site") or commencing an acquisition, you agree to be bound by the following Protocol. These terms govern the relationship between Anna5 ("The Brand") and the Patron ("The User").

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Authority: Anna5 reserves the exclusive right to amend, update, or restructure these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site following any amendment constitutes absolute acceptance.
Eligibility: This Site is intended for individuals of legal age to form binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of India.

ACQUISITIONS & PRICING

Fixed Value: Every Anna5 piece is priced with intention. We do not participate in seasonal discounts, festival sales, or clearance cycles. Our value is fixed and reflective of the material and process.
Prepaid Protocol: To maintain operational excellence and security, we accept Prepaid Orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not a supported utility.
Transaction Finality: The price displayed at the moment of transaction finalization is final. Taxes are inclusive as per Indian law.

THE ANNA5 PROTOCOL (REWARDS)

Coin Governance: Anna5 Coins and Tier Statuses (Member, Vanguard, Icon) are proprietary loyalty markers. They hold no cash value and are non-transferable.
Modification: The Brand reserves the right to adjust coin minting rates, redemption thresholds (including the 50% Redemption Rule), and tier benefits to maintain the integrity of the ecosystem.
Expiration: Unused coins expire 12 months from the date of issuance unless a new acquisition is made, which resets the cycle for the entire balance.

LOGISTICS & DISPATCH

Processing: Every order undergoes a final quality inspection. Dispatch typically occurs within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
Title of Goods: Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to the Patron upon delivery to the carrier.
Jurisdiction: Currently, Anna5 ships exclusively within the Republic of India. International expansion protocols are under development.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Ownership: All designs, silhouettes, signature "Industrial Pink" packaging, cinematography, and copy are the exclusive Intellectual Property (IP) of Anna5.
Enforcement: Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or "look-alike" manufacturing of Anna5 assets will be met with immediate legal recourse to the fullest extent of the law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Material Integrity: While our Surgical Grade 316L High-Performance Steel is engineered for durability, Anna5 is not liable for damage resulting from extreme chemical exposure, intentional misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
Digital Access: We strive for 100% uptime, but Anna5 is not liable for technical disruptions during high-volume Drops.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

Legal Framework: These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Exclusive Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from an acquisition or use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Navi Mumbai Maharashtra.
