What is Surgical Grade 316L High-Performance Steel?

Surgical Grade 316L is a premium grade of surgical stainless steel — hypoallergenic, corrosion-resistant, and built to maintain its finish indefinitely. It is the same class of material used in medical and aerospace applications. Unlike gold-plated or silver jewelry, it does not tarnish, fade, or react with skin.

What is Molecular Fusion finishing?

Molecular Fusion is our proprietary finishing process that bonds the surface treatment to the steel at a molecular level — creating a finish that is permanent, not plated. This means no peeling, no fading, and no colour change over time.

Is ANNA5 jewelry hypoallergenic?

Yes. Surgical Grade 316L High-Performance Steel is completely hypoallergenic and safe for all skin types, including sensitive skin.

Can I wear ANNA5 jewelry in water?

Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Metro cities: 3–5 business days. Tier 2 & 3 cities: 5–7 business days. Remote areas: 7–10 business days. All orders are processed within 24–48 hours.

Is shipping free?

Complimentary shipping on all orders above ₹3,000. A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹3,000.

Will my order come in special packaging?

Yes. Every ANNA5 order is delivered in our signature unboxing experience — designed to reflect the quality of what’s inside.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept exchange requests within 48 hours of delivery for damaged or incorrect items. An unboxing video is required for all such claims. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

Do you offer refunds?
